Piron Srl, specialised in the production of professional ovens for gastronomy, pastry and bakery, is ready for the 41st edition of HostMilano, the International Exhibition of the Hospitality Industry. Piron Srl will present all the new products from the world of foodservice equipment.

Its stand, planned down to the last detail and covering an area of 200 square metres, will showcase the most innovative technologies to treat visitors to something they have never seen before: not a simple professional oven, but a real trusted, smart and interconnected collaborator, remotely controlled via the Cloud.

This oven by Explora, presented at the previous edition of HOST 2017, can now be found in professional kitchens all over the world and is capable of optimising consumption and reducing waste. Explora technologies can transform the elements of water, energy and time from waste into targeted investment.

At the Piron-Explora stand, it will be possible to attend live demos and cooking shows demonstrating the features, cooking programs and technologies used.
