Piron will be present at the 42nd edition of the HostMilano fair: the International Exhibition of Professional Hospitality, dedicated to the world of catering and hospitality.

Our display space will cover 200 m² and feature the entire range of Piron and Explora ovens, extremely versatile, all-purpose appliances for the Horeca industry. Versatility is a pivotal design concept for our company, indeed almost an essential value. Our ovens offer the ideal solution for every type of cookery, from fine cuisine to baking and pastry-making, supporting and enhancing the talent and expertise of any Chef.

As part of the #PironGoesOn initiative, one of Piron’s symbols of resilience and recovery, we worked at the new Vespucci oven, already presented to the market in March 2021 and now on show for the first time at HostMilano.

There will be demo-cooking, performances and demonstrations with a focus on innovation, to showcase the technical capacity of our ovens.
