Our Corporate Chef will illustrate the most innovative technologies of the new-generation Explora Colombo oven through some gastronomy and patisserie recipes. During the live demo, our Chef will also use the compact Galilei Plus KT oven, which is ideal as a backup oven or for professional kitchens with limited space available.
The live event is free. Bookings are on a first come, first served basis and places are subject to availability.
